Additional Posts in Accenture Strategy & Consulting
For those at Accenture Strategy London, I’m supposed to be joining as a Strat Analyst. Is it worth joining? I’m seeing a lot of negative press on FB but I’m assuming it’s mostly in the US. I would say I’m quite surprised they are paying Management Consulting salaries at Analyst level though. However I’m more interested in the work and L&D. Is the work “strategic” or is it more ops consulting/implementation? Which teams/industries do more “real” strategy focused projects than others?
How would you describe the culture at Accenture?

CN is basically a DC, it’s only under strategy so it doesn’t have to be tied to specific MU
But there are different career tracks in CN, like Client Delivery & Operations (CD&O), Client & Market (C&M), etc. So, how can C&M career track be present in a delivery center?
CN is part of Strategy & Consulting. Mapped mostly global so not tied to market units. Think of it as the GDN for S&C. It has Industry consulting, functional consulting. Tech adv, Ind X and Strategy skills. Operate like a hub and spoke model with centers in India, Poland, Spain, Argentina and US
Then why doesn't CN have as much respect as onshore market units?
I get very disappointed when I see a CN manager talking to an onsite manager as if the onsite guy is senior to CN guy, although both are at the same career level.
