Employees have the advantage at the moment, don’t take advantage of it. Do good work, not long work. This is the way. Find ways to be the most efficient version of yourself and don’t tell anyone.
Share small things to give others small efficiencies to build rapport. Otherwise work well, not long.

I have meetings on my calendar—-one from 7-8am and another from 5-6-30pm with a subject of “family time”… my boss knows I’m 100% available if it’s something urgent. But, this keeps PMs from throwing random meetings on my calendar during these times.
