How does Google perceive someone who applies constantly / repeatedly?

Any suggestions for interview questions to ask a first-time manager? I’m applying for a potential role, and the Hiring Manager (potential boss who I would report to) has never had any direct reports. I’m not sure what to ask them to find out if they would be a micromanager or a bad boss. The questions that I’ve seen online all start with “Tell me about a time when …” but there are no such times!

Just wanted to know if this is an expected format of interview for this position, since it was my first one! YOE = 2

Does anyone else feel uncomfortable when interviewees ask about diversity at your firm/office? I grew up in a very white area, and I don’t really notice/get bothered by lack of diversity. This recruitment cycle, a lot of non-white students asked if the lack of diversity at my office bothers me and asked why I think it’s so white. I feel like they expect me to have a very academic/astute response, but I just shrug and say I don’t notice it.

Interview went well, Total 7 ppl interviewed me. I accepted offer verbally. Then I got promoted and I shared that to recruiter and my current compensation and offer are same. I shared my difficulty to recruiter as it will be a lateral move. He said he will get back to me in 1 day. Its been a week I haven't heard back.

If I get a referral from someone and I apply, then can I still reach out to a recruiter on LinkedIn expressing interest in the role? And do I let them know that I already applied? Feeling that I never land an offer from Google. I have tried many times and in my last try, I passed phone screening but recruiter ghosted me...

Based on hiring freeze would you consider Product Technology Manager (technical solutions consultant ladder) as “critical function” ? I’m done with all my interviews, was told that my rounds were “really positive” and HR would come back to me in 2-3 weeks after completing final rounds of other candidates. Interviewed for S&O role and wanted to share. Recruiter told me to expect problem solving and stakeholder comm, behavioral and case type questions… It ended up being one 25-min interviewee-led case. I was surprised given all that I had read online about RRK and GCA and Googleyness and the pride Google has in its “unbiased”interview process… it felt like any other MBB interview where your case interviewer decides your fate… guess S&O is just like any consulting firm…
