I’ve been having discussions with my SO and we’ve recently been thinking we might want to live somewhere other than NJ/NY for a year or two before we actually settle down. Is it unheard of to switch offices to elsewhere? We want to live somewhere warm like LA, Miami, or Austin

So I have a meeting with a company tomorrow to get their official offer to be a BDR. It’s a tech company in PA, relatively LCOL area, their revenue is around $3-5 million a year. I have about a years experience. Any idea what I should expect? I know there’s a base and obviously bonus + commission but I don’t know the split %.

Company on track for 22 goals. Traditionally included 2% profit sharing at YE, this year however comes with a unique caveat.

The CEO added a qualifier, to be eligible for the payout one must agree to and sign a binding arbitration agreement. In the CEOs email to staff he indicates these agreements are standard in most companies and typically required for new hires.
