How does it look if one moved from one PA firm to another? Both within the big 4 and from big 4 to mid market firms.. will you lose all your work 'friends' from former job..

Where to start. Sitting here contemplating life after a sixer and wondering why I keep getting to this place. I make my family scared of me and push my wife and kids farther away while I think everything is ok.I can stop drinking when I need to focus on work, but when things get out of control I just drink it away. I've been working remotely for the past two years, and it's been great. I love working from home and being able to watch my kids grow up through their eyes as they play around me. But sometimes, when you're in this kind of situation, it's hard to know what to talk about with your coworkers.

While he is overall a decent guy, his anger issues, yelling at his wife for the slightest issue, and insulting nature makes me uncomfortable and triggers my own anger due to his blatant disrespect for just about everyone around him.

My mother-in-law says he’s worked on things, but it’s been 10 years of this and I’m not sure I want such behavior around my wife and our kids since we’re trying to conceive soon (cont).

Recently, I interviewed with another Big 4 firm for SC in CDD M&A team and have got an offer. I enjoyed doing the CDD case study, and I believe I'd do well in the role.

I'm planning to apply for other positions for Pwc and EY in different countries in Europe, but now Im scared of this "database" because it might show to recruiters the wrong idea that I'm desperate (?). Help 😰
