How does MBB MBA sponsorship differ? I had heard Bain pays the school directly (non-taxed) whereas M/B don't? Resulting in a substantial ($30-80K) difference?

I'm new to Deloitte and confused about comp; so in August you find out about raises, but is YE bonus totally different and at a different time?

Is it normal for senior consultants and managers to ask you to resend a file with an updated name? I feel like the amount of time and effort it takes to ask someone to change a file name, is the same amount, if not less, of time and effort that goes into changing it themselves.
