How does one get used to economy after flying first class every week for last one year?

2021 was my first year freelance. Live in Massachusetts and just learned they don’t allow solo 401k deductions on state income tax for freelancers. That is a pretty big hit for me. I thought they’d be more friendly to small biz. Also they’re taxing the Cobra subsidy. I mean I’m all for taxes and no way, I’m not moving to NH but this detail just kinda stung. Going after the little guy.

For CLA, what are your salary increase % expectations? What sources would you recommend for comparable salary Info? I am up for promotion from associate to senior and currently making $76k. What is the current salary range for seniors at CLA? We recently got severely short staffed on a major engagement and now I’m being placed on that engagement in addition to my main client. I’m honestly curious why the following happens: someone asks a question about covid restrictions/health issues/ etc and half of the responses are “this shouldn’t even be a question”. Today I saw a post about safe countries to travel to and general covid restrictions and half the responses were judgmental and rude. “No one should be traveling now- idk why you’re even asking this question.” “Asking this question means you’re part of the problem” what is UP w this level of judgment?????
