Anyone a recruiter at Merck?
DM me. I have some contacts I can help you.
I took an entry level position making 1/2 of what I made at my last job. Then worked really hard to stand out and applied internally after a year or so to the position I actually wanted but knew they wouldn’t hire me for if I didn’t already work at USAA. I asked to shadow and was aggressive- ended up getting the job and love it
I got an interview per a referral but due to my credit they could not offer me a position.
Fidelity
LinkedIn can be a great place to start as least for Fidelity. Also having a referral. It seems with referrals they do everything faster in the process as well.
Referrals are big at Fidelity but be sure to get a referral before you apply on the website or get a direct link from someone.
Fidelity is a relationship company getting to know people there is key.
Your resume has to be Tailored to the USAA job posting exactly! Use whatever description they are looking for. And leave out anything that gives away your age - especially if your over 39 YO! But seriously- I’d look elsewhere- you’ll thank me later.
Dude I’m on Lucky MOTHER FKER I also interview well. Going in I know what I’m qualified for and I learn the role like the back of my hand filling their sweet succulent mouths with so much cream ( what they want to hear ) they just bust a bag of 🥜 I’m also bilingual so I’m relegated to call center type jobs. My interviewer was salivating from the mouth impressing her with Spanish is tough. If you sound like a toddler shell terminate the interview within minutes (at least that's what I'm told) . I'm sure my process is nothing like the role you may be applying for.
