I received an offer of 120k base (TC 140k) with JPMorgan (NJ Office) as a senior IT Audit associate and I've interviewed with Microsoft and awaiting feedback for IT Audit Manager role (remote). I wanted to know what the compensation breakdown (base, stocks, bonus etc) for the Microsoft role will look like. Salary and/or pay ranges: I got licensed in 2018 and started working for a firm in DC while commuting from Baltimore because of the pay. I hated the job/firm and am obviously in Baltimore now, albeit with a significant pay cut, but the lifestyle/job satisfaction is awesome. There’s not a gargantuan BigLaw presence in/around Baltimore to really skew salary averages, so I’ve been curious as to what types of salary ranges there are around here for junior/senior associates, partners, etc.?

Help. I’m afraid to have kids. I have ADHD & work really hard to function. My husband has ADHD too, but affects him differently & he functions better. Our kids will likely have it too & between all of us I’m afraid I won’t be able to handle it. Anxiety is one of my co-morbidities & i perseverate on things- events, ideas, etc. I’m honestly scared I will run away and leave everyone. Torn between wanting kids & knowing I’d be a good mom but afraid it’ll turn me into a anxious depressive wreck.
