Hi everyone,
I need help trying to figure out what the right compensation is for a senior tax consultant at big4. I have worked 5 years in small accounting firm, and I am applying for experienced hired roles at big4 and wanted to know what the right salary would be. Thanks in advance.
EY, PwC, Deloitte, KPMG
From my experience LATAM is usually greenfield, plenty of open accounts and people are interested in buying. + you don’t have to use as many annoying prospecting tactics to get in touch. It’s like prospecting from 10 years ago.
Directly to your question, LATAM is a growing market with a shortage of people like yourself to serve it so you should find the compensation to be attractive and your growth potential to exceed expectations.
LATAM talent is in big demand, but you need a solid Rolodex. Do you have that?
