Hello! I have been a Pharmacy Technician for about 9 years now and I need to move on. My salary is in the mid 50s which is considered high for this role, so there is little opportunity to advance with this title. May only be in this new ASC role for ~1y (personal circumstances). This would make 3 roles in ~3.5 years ( T2 consulting -> MBB -> buyside) out of undergrad. Right now I’m unhappy in my role due to bad management. I work in NYC at a beauty/CPG company.
