Bonuses are disbursed generally in January and February. There are two bonuses, one is LOB bonus and another is CEO bonus, If you are with the company for less than 1 year in next february you will not get the ceo bonus, only LoB bonus you will get. The CEO bonus is fixed at 750$ but LOB bonus depends on the LOB you are in and you ctc. Generally you will get 10-15% of ctc as bonus.
