Hi fishes, it's been less than 7 months in my current project and I want a release. Please suggest some ideas :(
I know the policy is of 18 months but I can't take it anymore. The work pressure/expectations are too much and bad work timings. I just can't handle it and it's affecting me a lot mentally. :( Nagarro
Hi HCL Tech,
I have joined HCL Tech 3 months back, is there any chance to change the base location? I have assigned to project and they want for work with client location which is same as current work location.
But I want to change the base location due to the climate of the location and distance from hometown?
TIA

Big layoffs at 72 NY? Anyone know anything?
Lol. When i was agency side that was on a need to know basis. Only big wins were shared on our intranet
Same. But my last agency had a Friday all hands meeting every other week. Granted it was 50ish people so that was do-able. I don’t know how a larger agency can do it without it being the actual worst
We are just told that the pitch “went really well” and then use the impending radio silence to read between the lines
Interested to hear other responses here. We do a daily morning meeting and I’m curious if that’s efficient
That seems like a lot
There's a weekly email that goes out from the CEO (via their EA) that is written and put together by the marketing team who asks team leads for updates.
All those weekly emails are archived and can be found on our proto-intranet.
Monday morning meeting for all in the auditorium followed by CSDs - CDs - Managing Partners - only catch up meeting. The Monday Morning keynote has a section with updates from each department (pitches, who is leaving, who is joining, free capacities etc ...) It works!
We do office specific meetings weekly to share work, wins and upcoming events. There’s a agency section and time for local info. We normally don’t share pitch progress since there are so many of them but do share wins.
We do once a week on Mondays across offices
We do all hands meeting every other week and then the off weeks we have more informal announcements at our Friday lunch for upcoming events.
@AD1 company provides lunch and a lot of people gather to grab food and will sit together. It’s not super formal at all, but nice to have the option to take a break together!
We have a bi-weekly meeting to discuss new/old business, things we lost, possible new changes coming up, share new finds and culture updates, etc
Ah that's awesome! All we get updated on in that vein is new hires
