Marsh & McLennan I am moving 2 hours from my office. My manager says i have to come 2 days to office. When i come to the office its only me and couple of other people. No one seems to care about coming to office. When i asked manager if i can work remote i was told that its for my career development. Can you guys tell in Canada which companies are offering remote opportunities?

C1 - if you're still distinguishing between disciplines you're behind the times. WTF is advertising anymore? It's all brand comms...ask any CMO who is dealing with a product launch or brand crisis and they'll say the functions are closer than ever.
OP - it all depends, but suggest sticking agency side for at least 4-5 years to sharpen your skills across brands and industries. I've seen people jump client-side too early and lose their spark.
