Hello! Does anyone have any tips on the best job platform to look for remote, entry level UX Design positions?

I’m currently getting a Google certificate in UX Design looking to change up my career from marketing

Should a DevOps Cloud Engineer with 2 years experience earning around 10 LPA (base salary) in a Fortune 200, switch to a startup which pays almost 20 LPA base salary?
The reason to ask this question is, wouldn't it be difficult at the time of second switch, to move to another big organisation after one is already at 20-24 LPA with just 3-4 years of experience at a startup?
All thoughts are welcome.

I’m interviewing for a an EA role to CEO, who is also interviewing for a chief of staff. CEO has alluded to me being a great CoS based on recent exp, and longer term COO and has asked if I’m going to find the EA role limiting. Do I address my interest in the CoS role, plus gaps in my experience or do I focus on the EA role and finding opps to add value outside of EA responsibilities without stepping on the CoS toes? I really want to work for this CEO & don’t want to talk myself out of the EA job

I'm currently working for a fintech firm as SQL Developer which has got me into a toxic working culture(zero support from colleges) with no learnings so far.

Although, I'm from a Commerce domain..I wanted to move into Data Analytics so I learned SQL and Tableau on my own to get myself better Data Analytic job opportunities to build my career in.

However, without any live projects and hands on experience on the tool, I could only learn a few things about these two mentioned tools. So

MS in Finance or MBA at Johns Hopkins.. worth or not worth.. hope is back into Corp dev role in industry then eventually CFO.. not looking to get to FAANG.. also have an Ivy undergrad degree. Thx

Do you think it’s best to do your first mock GMAT totally cold? I’m fine on verbal but there are some quant questions I am completely lost on, haven’t done some of this stuff for nearly a decade.
