Agreed with both you and Accenture1. Only slight pattern ive found is that furnished places do better in big cities esp when closer to downtown than small towns since typically small town ppl are there for the longhaul, else quick hotel trip

I prefer unfurnished. Long term tenants make life easy
Use Furnishedfinder, where u rent to travel nurses. U get so much more rent and it is so easy to rent out (at least in Arizona)
