Which offer should I accept? Currently staff 2 at big 4 in Tax with CPA license. I want to leave tax ASAP. Both are public companies +1B in revenue and same salary. Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant. This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.

2 weeks ago I was interviewed by Accenture and the interview went so well that the 4 rounds happened all in one single day. They told me that I am selected and that I will receive the offer letter within 2 days. But it's been 2 weeks now, I have neither received the offer letter nor there is any communication from them. I tried calling the HRs who were calling me for the interview timings, but they are not picking up my calls.
Any idea what happened or what should I do?

1) What are the differences in benifits between USI and India.
2) I was told by HR that I will get an Hike in between 0-20 percent, variable pay which is not mentioned in the letter? Will I receive that if yes when? Please suggest.
