Considering going back to PA. I left PA due to some health issues but I am starting to feel like I left too early. I am a Senior Accountant at a public start up making 80k + equity. I have an offer to go back to a national firm as an S2 at $82 plus sign on bonus. I am really not interested in the work I am doing now and ultimately want to be in management which is hard to see a path to currently - it’s definitely more clear in PA. Am I giving up too much by leaving the equity on the table?
When did you feel like you were successful? People around me think it’s impressive that I work at Deloitte; however, I’m miserable and hate the work I’m doing. Just accepted another job that others would deem a dream company and salary but I’m just afraid of being miserable there too. I just don’t feel like I’m good enough, will be happy, or be in a position where I feel like I’m successful as others.
2021 Campus Hires at BIG 4s, what's your salary looking like? Heard EY tech campus hires in the DC area were making $89.5k which is ridiculous lol
If i am up for promo and new firm start date is past promo, should i withhold this information and give my 2 weeks after? Worrying about burning bridge/ yet that promo/bonus is none neglieable. Ethic?
Interested in working in the Seattle area, but also a little sticker shocked at housing prices. Could anyone give a realistic salary range and what you pay for living?
Hi Fishes, Does IBM match the salary after accepting? I have IBM offer of 18 LPA in hand (accepted) And recently got a better offer 21 LPA in hand. What should I do? Could you please suggest? Would this be unethical to ask after accepting?
Can you guys remind me what a good salary is regardless of COL? I used to think 100k was good. I used to think 180k was insane. But now that I know partners make 300k+ and that I can one day attain this if I stick with PA, I don’t know what a good salary is anymore (number wise).

What are some things your office does that make you enjoy your job? I’m looking for ideas to ensure I am reinforcing a strong culture in my office. I don’t have control over things like compensation, which is why my question is more specific to the local/office level.
Digital BCG SEA, is the sign on bonus available here for expert track? If so, will it be included and offered by default as part of the offered package or need to be requested and negotiated for? Any tips or advices how to open up that conversation and any estimated expected amount? Thanks!
Anyone here switch from consulting to being a headhunter? Did you like it? How’s the wlb and comp
Is it okay to exit consulting to work at a small unknown company. They’re giving 60% compensation boost and that much money can be life changing right now but I’m worried about stagnation and brand in the future.
If your on a day rate and answer some slacks over a weekend you bill right? Like reviewing edits etc.

I've an interview scheduled for this week with EY for the role of Consultant - Performance Improvement. For first round I was asked to submit a case study solution. I wanted to know how many rounds of interviews would be there and how the overall process would be like since this would be my first experience for consulting interview. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated 😊

What is your max class size for the year? Is that number based on a virtual or in person classroom?
Wow, just wow... Here I am thinking, "I'm finally going to hit a milestone in my paycheck" just to find out that my salary is going to be 4k less😡. Let's not forget I don't get paid for my master's degree. Now I need a pt. Job. Reinstate master's pay...
I just deleted an email from the newbie person that has what should’ve been my role/salary. Nah I won’t help you. Go figure it out on your own...
Does Deloitte do H1b extensions in premium?
How soon do transitions happen (involuntarily) at MBBs? I recently joined and am always worried that I’ll be let go. What are the conversations/processes like? [Asking for MBB because I’m also curious about the differences if any between the firms]
Any cool things to do in Brooklyn - Clinton hill / Fort Greene area? I spend a lot of time at the parks and stuff but want to explore and do other things.
Best and worst of the Big 4? Serious inquiry, not here to make fun of KPMG or hype one up... And please provide why TIA :)
Hi Everyone, I have a offer from CTS and I accepted it and resigned from my current organization. I have 2.4 YOE, and my CTC is 9.6. Now I got 2-3 another offer from different organization upto 11 LPA. Should I go to CTS to revise the CTC, is it possible? I really want to join CTS. If yes, should I do it now or wait for more time. It has been only 2 weeks since I got offer letter from CTS. Also few other offers are in pipeline. TIA.
Is it advisable to switch from product base company to WITCH company if the % of hike is good in the ITIL domain ?
Recently diagnosed and prescribed Adderall. I’m just now connecting the dots between poor executive function and low dopamine with lifelong food issues (overeating, all or nothing dieting, etc). With medication, I feel like I can maybe get a handle on my habits. With that said - what have you noticed works best for you? Taking morning meds with food or fasted? When do you eat and how do you structure your diet?
What's the point of constantly trying to climb the ladder and wanting "more"? Does anyone feel content around here? I used to put a lot of pressure on myself and would always have short/long term goals mapped out. I hit a financial goal this year - make at least 6 figures in base pay. I live in a MCOL area and it's plenty for me to live on. With bonuses and annual raises, even if I never get promoted again, I'd be good. Is it bad that I want to just be happy and focus on my personal life?
PLTR gonna ‘splode 🚀 🚀🚀
