No convictions for a couple pretty minor misdemeanors? I’m confident you’ll be fine. I don’t think these types of background checks would even pick up the arrests w/o the conviction.
Different story if you were applying somewhere like the FBI
In FSS where you really have to be careful is crimes of trust. If you were ever charged, prepare for a long explanation. This would be fraud, theft, those sorts of things. Additionally arrests for things that could be used for extortion (prostitution etc) can be problematic. No one cares about infractions, assault charges (provided dropped and satisfied) and that sort of thing.
Would Trespassing be considered a crime of trust?
The arrests related to Trespassing and Minor in possession, but I was able to get the charges dropped after I lawyered up. Both times however I was only able to get them expunged at a state level since state law says they can’t touch Federal. Is an arrest enough for them to not onboard me as a consultant?
If the records are sealed doesn’t matter
At a federal level, there is no such thing as a “sealed” record, or expunged, or deferred judgement. Every arrest is tracked and recorded along with the status/outcome. Even misdemeanors. Although this does not answer OPs question, just an FYI.
If there are no convictions I don't think it would be an issue. If you get fingerprinted the arrests may/may not show up but since the charges were dropped I don't think it would matter.
