It isn’t. Straight and to the point. Bullet points. I’d rather my resume get picked up by ATS tools more accurately than be fancy and decorative.

Pretty basic. I use LaTeX to make it look nice and clean.

Overleaf has some templates that are a good start and easy to edit!

Still using the standard bullet point approach. It has helped me change to my third job in the last 5 years.

I am purchasing a home and my boyfriend wants in on the deal as a co-owner. It is only me on the mortgage. We are planning on writing up a co-ownership agreement with a 60%/40% split and yes he will be paying 40% of the mortgage, down payment, and property taxes etc. He wants to be on the title as a tenant in common to reflect that %. Is that fair? I just want to make sure I’m protected but I also understand that if he’s paying all this money, he wants some security as well

Has anyone purchased with a partner? I'm cash strapped after purchasing two 4plexes recently but found a good deal. I would manage renovations, tenant screening, and property management.

How should we structure the deal? What would you want for bringing $80k to a deal?

We would do an equitable split? Obviously they'd get 50%+ of rent but do they get more rent up front?

Slalom 🐠 , what’s your WLB like? I have seen some of you posting good things about your WLB. Should I try to make a jump? I like the intellectually fulfilling part of consulting, but the overscope and culture issues at current employer overshadows that. Maybe there’s a consulting firm out there with good WLB 🥸
