I have a team of 7 that roll up through the art director/associate art director consisting of senior and junior designers. They offered me 110k, with benefits costing 5k. I asked for 120k, they gave 115k to “offset the benefits”. I see that the median for CD’s is generally around 140k so I do feel underpaid. Anyone willing to share their salary?

However, the interview is broken up into two parts (behavioral and case study), and I don’t have a clear understanding of what the case study could be. I’m coming from one year of audit experience. I am 12 weeks preg, just got my NIPT result, 95% Down syndrome, I’m devastated, I’m extreme shocked, I’m very sad, overwhelmed, and scared quite frankly.
