How frequently do you guys get hit up by recruiters from Trinity? Feels like they are always trying to poach people from ClearView. Do consultants at other boutiques have the same experience?

My HR round was completed on 11th Aug.. Today is 9th September still i have not received offer letter.. can anyone please tell me how much time it will take to receive offer letter.. HR is not receiving my calls emails.. Also communication person is not receiving my calls emails..

Do interview questions at google, especially for S&O roles lean more towards asking about past experience (tell me about a time when) or hypothetical (what if abc happened)? I don’t have a strategy / ops background (I’m coming from finance) but I’ve studied a lot of case studies etc and think I could do great in hypothetical and case study questions. I'm a summer associate at a midsize firm and I recently found out from a partner that some of the other partners who have assigned me work mentioned how my work product didn't look proofread. I know that proofreading is really important and this gave me the gut check I need to remember to proofread before submitting any assignments. However, I only have 2-3 weeks left. Should I own up to my mistakes to the partners I've submitted work for? How screwed am I for a return offer?

I struggle with extreme self-doubt and take all criticism very personally, which translates into me engaging in self-destructive behavior to compensate and to please others.
