How friendly are most of your company's agents with those from other firms? I know they are in competition for sales but do they generally try to be friendly with one another?

It's pretty friendly at my company. I think it all depends on the company culture

I know it's a competition, but behind it all they are still people chasing a paycheck. I don't know why there shouldn't be a friendship. I think it's possible and in my experience, it has been like that.

As realtors, our worst and best friend are the contractors, being friends with the contractor that remodelled a home you are going to sell is a plus because you can know for sure what kind of improvements were made to the house and why; and what kind of things are pending to be improved, that way you can provide real information to the client. You know what they say: a happy client always comes back to you.
