Most likely everything is good but get an offer letter in writing!

Based on my experience, I wouldn’t do anything or tell anyone until it’s in writing. EY specifically gave me those instructions at my time of offer because the chain of approval may take a minute. After 3 weeks of having my verbal but not written offer, they ended up getting the written approved once I told them I had a firm offer from Deloitte in hand. Employers provide when it’s convenient (needed) for them.

You got nothing until you got it in writing friend.

Even if it’s in writing they can take it away. I would still get it in writing though

Echo comments above. You definitely need the offer in writing and sign the contract before resigning. In the current climate, I think people are making offers in good faith but their superiors may just pull it if situation changes and they decide not to recruit. Good luck.

Enoght to get me excited but not enough for me to take action based on it alone.
