How good will be the work at Deloitte India when compared to Deloitte USI

How much salary can I ask TCS for Microsoft Dynamics 365 crm technical role with 7 YoE. My current CTC is 9 LPA and I don't have any offer in hand.

Which one should I go for?

1. Oracle - 18.3 LPA fixed + probable bonus (I may or may not get)
2. Amadeus - 18 fixed + 1.5 variable.

Amadeus is also giving joining bonus of 75k. Amadeus is paying more, may give better hikes too, but I am finding it hard to let go off Oracle's brand name on my resume even if it's means around 2L less over an year. I am planning to work for atleast 3 years in my next company.

What would you have done in my place? Should I go for Oracle or Amadeus?

I got a call from Deloitte for a senior analyst role at and after clearing the main rounds I’ve been told that I’ll be working as an analyst role as I don’t have 3 years of experience (2 years 11 months to be exact) and this April I’ll be anyway completing 3 years. Should I raise this concern and talk to them about it??
