How hard core do you test prep for state tests? & what are your best recommendations?

How much do ECs really matter? I basically have none, but am thinking of applying for b-school in a year.

I do L&E for a mid-size boutique and have been here my entire career (almost four years). I am unsure about making the move to a L&E specific job in big law. All teachers need to organize (not with NEA or any other union) and take back Education from politicians as self serving groups. Unions have a financial reason not to improve education, politicians have no understanding or concerns about their blanket programs. I am not a baby sitter, I am an expert in education, and as a teacher I should decide the best course for students.

Good morning! Looking for some great morale boosters for our staff. What has your Admin or hospitality team done to show appreciation, increase the fun level, and generally make you feel good? We don't have a lot of money to buy gifts, but I would love to hear your ideas, regardless of the cost. I'll figure the $ out! We have done breakfasts/lunches, bought t-shirts for the staff, had a snack cart that we brought to each teacher's room, etc. Any other great ideas out there? Thanks so much!
