I can't speak to that specific role, but I've only heard great things about working for Workday.

like

Are you confident enough using workday, you want to work for workday?

Yes, I feel comfortable using
Workday.I’m currently interviewing with Workday at the moment. I feel like if I get the position I’ll be subject matter expert with the product and will also get me certified

Not too hard, wouldn’t stress. You’ll have product and development teams to lean on to provide support, triage issues, identify if things are a bug.

Big difference with good support folks is just their ability to research things independently though like looking through community, jira, etc

Which carries more clout (“senior manager” vs “associate director”) at your org? For reference I would consider myself a top performing employee / everyone was very excited when I boomeranged. Not sure if I’m overthinking (I do that a lot).

First time poster here!

After spending 4 years as a mid-level ops manager, I tried to break into HR through talent acquisition. Now after 6 years in TA, I've had a hard time getting out of it. My goal was always to get into a more broad HRBP position, but I've since worked for smaller orgs without a solid HR career path. When I ask about my career goals, they keep telling me, "Soon!" Or "Maybe in 6 months!"

I'm testing SPHR in June. Any advice for securing the type of role I'm aiming for?
