How hard is it for a federal client to convert a consultant over to a federal employee at DHS?

I’m an Associate XD and I feel like whenever I give input on projects it’s mostly received with slight skepticism from the management supervisor. Is this the norm when you’re a junior on a project?

Have a client who lost their original stock certificates but has pdf copies of the original certificates. The client now wants replacement stock certificates. Do the replacement stock certificates need new stock certificate numbers or should the replacement stock certificates match the pdfs? This is Delaware for reference.

At what point did you decide to quit your job to focus all your efforts on your startup? Was it before revenue? Before funding? I'm about a month into working on my startup, and it's all I want to do. I love having a guaranteed salary and healthcare, but I dread doing any client work.

IDC about salary, my end goal is to learn & know end-2-end tech, work in MAANG in next 1-2 year
LTI said they would put me on bench and based on skillsets assign me random project. In 'X' no laptop/work assigned, yet less clarity on project

PTO Dilemma: I have over 100 hours of PTO remaining from hours carried over from last year that must be used before 12/31. I scheduled out days to use the hours.
