For me, I never seem to get cilantro to stay fresh more than a couple of days. Also, almost always waste salad greens as they don't stay fresh by the end of the week.

Job A is a large company, well-known, great benefits, consulting (no past consulting experience). Job B is small nonprofit, interned there before, would have more autonomy in role but basically no benefits package (liberal leave, no 401k match, no signing bonus).
