My company has given a choice on WFO and WFH . Few of my colleagues and my Manager are going to office but I have opted for WFH. I feel I am getting alienated and not able to bond with team. During Teams call they crack jokes and have a camaraderie which I miss. Also all of them log off by 6 PM as they return from office but I need to log in till 8 PM for client calls. Will all this impact me in the long run?

Hello friends. I got a second interview for a Rate Analyst position that, from my research, averages ~90,000 per year. However, I also saw an average of 63,000 on Glassdoor. The job description says 1-3 years experience, I have one year experience and currently earn 62,000 in my first job out of college.
