What roles in industry (healthcare) pay as well as/better than b4 partner? (Excluding c-suite)

I am currently working as an automation tester using Java & Selenium to write and maintain a testing codebase for one of the major Indian consulting firms - I’m looking to pivot into front end development professionally in ~3 months at a medium or large US-based company. I have some experience working on personal projects in Vanilla JS and React. Anyone have some recommendations of projects to add to my portfolio or certs to get?

Not sure if the right spot but need help figuring out my worth. I am with a large real estate PE firm, mcol area, and I am technically in FP&A. That said I do 95% of my work automating valuations, fund models, and underwriting using SQL, python, and excel (for end users to be able to use). The company I work for (as a 1099 contractor) failed to have me complete a W-9. Therefore, they do not have my tax id number, but have already wire transferred me 10 months worth of pay (in exchange for 10 months worth of work).

About 10 days ago I was exposed to someone who later tested positive for covid. I’m super careful normally. I got a rapid test 7 days after exposure and a PCR test 8 days after exposure and they both came back negative. Since about day 5 after exposure I’ve been SUPER tired though. I’ll drink a ton of coffee, way more than normal, and still feel exhausted. Then off and on I’ve been having stomach issues. Have any of you had this happen? I feel like I have to have it but the tests say no. 🤷🏻‍♂️
