How much does gps weigh in when looking at Big tech strategy ? Would it hold enough weight for me to be competitive?

Where is your MBA from in London? If LBS,not a huge lift. Anywhere else, doesn't really count.
That’s the other dilemma lol. UK offered 44k£. Not including taxes . And contrib to retirement. I got a 62$k student loan. So I’m pretty much banking on striking goal on pwc and Accenture. If I don’t , I’ll go to gps, keep my big tech contacts close and head there in a year

Not hard 5 years ago when I did it. GPS is pretty nice though. You won’t get paid as much but much better WLB
Any tips you can provide ? That will be very helpful for me. Exit goal is product strategy /product marketing big tech

OP, people switch all the time. You'll need to build a atrong network, and it will provabky take you 18 months to switch minimum, so that you have that network and have a gone through a year end at least. People say it's hard bc it takes time and you have to act with a lot of intention.

OP it seems you are really set in Big Tech, why did you recruit for consulting?
Oxford is a 1 year MBA. Mid point of my program I realized i wanted to purse a product strategy route. However I realized 90% of people in big tech , came from consulting . I have people willing to refer me , however I have a pure finance background. Fp&a and asset management. No strategy .
So essentially doing a 1 year MBA didn’t allow me to have that “second chance” at exploring if that makes sense . Not tryna sulk about it and I just want input from people who are in there to guide me. Thanks man
