Did you look up Andrew Ramdayal on youtube! I am also planning to take by the end of December! Good luck!

I’m taking a live course next week so we’ll see if that helps. Idk if I have the discipline to self study

You got it. Just read through the Rita book and answer all questions

Thank you !!

For what it’s worth I have heard the PMP ACP (agile certified practitioner) is overall a better designation to get nowadays.

like

PMI ACP

Passed it on the first try. It’s really just understanding what they want you to answer :) zero applicability to real life lol and I would argue that if you have been in project management for awhile sometimes you must go against your instincts on the exam. If you haven’t been in PM, just study the book.

like

It’s not so bad but the boot camp training helps immensely. There is a lot of tricky wording and answers have to be based on methodology from the PMBOK, which doesn’t always match reality. The formal training helps to identify those areas

Take a review class
It’s not hard if you know where to focus

I legit got a 50 on the practice exam and passed with flying colors. You’ll be fine. Just read the Rita book and take your time!

D2: Did you use PMI’s study hall?

I’ve never taken and passed a more utterly useless exam in my entire life. I was proud of it, too, when I originally passed 😞

I’m at GT trying to study too. Do you want to connect?

I’m no longer at GT

The material bored me to tears and I just let the application lapse 😁

I just submitted a request to get my pmp through my firm. Is there a course you can recommend?
