How hard would it be to get an MBB interview at T15-20 schools?At B4 for 2 years in digital tech -want to stay in the same area. Also is prior bad interview performance considered? Did 1 in undergrad.

Well - prepared for 2 weeks for a strategy onsite - with 80% of my time on behavioral and my story, product research. Both interviews turned out to be 100% case & math driven. Back to back (literally not even 10 seconds to break) and I got crushed. Feel like such an idiot.

Interested in a couple “direct hire” positions with cdc - looking for tips on applying, such as resume, etc. thanks!

Do you think I should wait until getting promoted to senior and leave right after, or leave after this spring busy season? If all the top consulting firms made anonymous decks or gave anonymous pitches to a client, eg no branding and the client did not know which firm made which deck, do you actually think that the client would prefer MBB?  Is MBB actually coming up with better/more innovative solutions? I feel like I see many repeat or slightly altered solutions on almost all of my cases, are these really things that people at Deloitte/Accenture etc aren’t coming up with?

Offer from a PE firm. Base - few K more than my salary now, but bonus is 20% a year. Also willing to reevaluate and raise my base at year end. But I have a great reputation in my office. 1
