Any other motion designers out there that have had success taking their career to the next level? What did it take? Should I learn more skills? Perhaps market myself more?

I joined on 21st of March, 2022. Is it necessary to complete EY Mandatory Bronze Badge learning related by end of April this fiscal year or should it be completed next year as I've just joined & a month hasn't been yet. Also, how does the reflection paper system works in EY GDS? I would require to collect evidence of certifications & have them consolidated or should I reflect my learnings combined in key pointers through an approved manager in EY Reflection Paper format? Seems too confusing.

I haven’t seen “title inflation” be a thing. Most mature teams with design leaders are mindful to not over-level a designer because they’re usually not set up for success or leave when there aren’t additional growth opportunities.
If you did get over-leveled take it as a growth opportunity. Try not stay positive and focus on delivering as much value as possible. Even though imposter syndrome is a thing, remind yourself that you got the job for a reason. Take it as an opportunity to stay humble and most importantly curious about how to outdo yourself every day. Good luck!
