So I’ve experienced every single one of the examples in that Tik Tok. My past workplace was horrific. That being said, what I can say now that I’m on the other side: Yes, you need to learn to navigate corporate America and ultimately your success depends on your ability to build strong relationships and understand who to leverage for what. Building relationships outside the gaslighting saboteur is your only way out. This is where having corporate sponsorship at a Partner/Director-level comes in.
However, if you are in a workplace as extreme as in that video/I was, it’s okay, and in fact, I would suggest, that you leave. Leave the team and if necessary, leave the company.
In my case, I changed managers only to encounter lesser but still gaslighting behavior with my next manager, which proved that it wasn’t an individual, but the organization. Turnover was insane and my colleagues and I commiserated that we were experiencing the same thing, so I knew it wasn’t just me. My only regret is that I didn’t leave sooner. My new employer is a much healthier environment.
This is a very situational type of thing. Can you narrow down how/when the gaslighting is happening? And who is doing it?
Gaslighting is par for the course in any corporation, especially consulting. Need help:

Some prime examples:
-Being a 2-4 instead of a "1“ in performance ratings WHEN YOU DID IT ALL
-Getting an proficient or at level snapshot rating instead of highly proficient or above expectations when you did IT ALL
-Told you were late when you were early with deliverables
These are great examples, I’ve experienced #1 in the video

If you provide more details and context, then more helpful information can be shared
For now, I will share this …
You can navigate but not combat
The first step is to understand that gaslighting and corporate is fairly typical. The second thing is to know when it’s happening to you so that you don’t think you’re the one that’s nuts - which is one of the main points of gaslighting
That's a good question , OP. I've faced numerous instances of gaslighting, particularly during performance evaluations, when baseless claims are made with no supporting evidence. This is a clear form of career sabotage. I’d love to hear some strategies on how to deal with this
