If I'm home I refuse to wash my hands and I touch my face all day. No germs in my apartment.

My 1 1/2 year old stands outside the room I work in (door closed) and screams until I let her in or go out to her. Everyday. All day.

For me, it’s not my daughter but my wife...

Anyone else feel like they’re crawling up the walls lately? Is an MBA worth it? Has anyone without one ever felt passed over for promotion or a position because of it mid-later career? My agency has a benefit of about 5k a year for education and I’m not sure if I should take advantage of it. I feel like the most valuable skills come from on the job experience and I feel like taking classes after work would be a strain.

From the benefit policy documentation, my understanding is that EY reimburses employees for surrogacy / adoption related expenses up to $50k lifetime.
