I'm on intermittent FMLA. When I come back, I'm moving to off shift. I was a dept lead and was led to believe I would continue in this role. My boss announced in a group meeting before I left that my supervisor role would be opened the day I come back. She said she "changed her mind". I discovered yesterday my position is on the internet already. I sent an email to my boss, and HR, asking if my pay had been decreased, no response. Can they post my job already? Hello! After being in a toxic environment for the past 6 months I submitted my resignation and set my last day for 3/31. My current boss is very vindictive and instead of honoring my two weeks, she terminated my access to all the systems today. I’m worried that I won’t get paid for my full two weeks. Additionally, I know that I’m in a role that could be seen as a liability if I chose to breach my non-solicit. However, I’m over 40. Is there anything I can do here to get my pay?
