1 - Associate PEPI position (Mckinsey)

I have around 2.5 years of experience in a boutique consulting firm and am contemplating between PE vs generalist role. Around 60% of the projects I have done are in PE practice in my current firm so not sure if I am eligible to apply for PIPE/PEPI.

Is M. Design from IIT-IDC Bombay really worth it?

I am working for 1.5 years in a Hyderabad startup as UI/UX Designer. After Btech I did a certification in UI/UX and got job from the institute placement only. Will a master's from IIT-IDC Bombay will be worth or should I climb the regular conventional ladder by jumping from company to company for package hikes?

I'm looking for roles that have aspects of event strategy & marketing. I have experience doing both and would like to continue on that path but I struggle with what titles to look for.
