How important is it to provide availability for more immediate dates than later dates?
I was asked for availability for 3 interviews in a day. However I'm traveling for work next week but I don't want to lose out on this opportunity just cause I will give a later availability date.

I work with a mid size nonprofit in rural Appalachia, currently I am trying to hire a bachelors level social worker but have had a hard time brining in applicants. Now I'm being called for another position which I applied through the same recruiter before for the same group but different role. My question is will Google reuse the positive feedback and will it help/add value to this new position?

Any books/self help materials for someone who is constantly worrying (and waste a lot of unnecessary time)? E.g. No matter if i pass or fail an interview, there is always something to worry about. The worrying/anxiety multiplies when I proceeded further in the interview stages. Now that I signed the offer and is pending background checks, my anxiety is off the roof as it itches closer to my starting date.

Had a final round on Friday. Recruiting was off then for a wellness day. I thought the interview went well. The manager I last interviewed with said they’d discuss amongst themselves and I should hear back early this week. How long does it usually take for them to make a decision? reprioritizing where they will be hiring
for the remainder of the year and I would basically have some delays in hearing back from her (almost 2 weeks). Looks like a sign of hiring freeze. Does that mean I should conclude the employment opportunity and move on ?
