What I majorly see is people only talking about how much they’ll be paid.. and this mindset leads to early burnout and loss of interest in the work.

Has anyone successfully negotiated a title? I was looking for Senior Manager positions but applied for some Mgr positions too. I’m up for promo next year at my current job as well. I'm a 32 yo female. No partner. No plan to have children anytime soon. I freezed eggs just in case and also my company pays for 50% of the cost. All my tests come out normal compared to my peer.
