I have recently joined BIG3 firm as analyst . I was very excited before joining but the team I am being put in has all maintanence project. I can't ask for team change for atleast 6 to 8 months.

Is 37.5 LPA package (12% Variable - 33.5 fixed) as project manager, an underpaid offer, at 11 Years of experience ?

Just heard back from a company I applied to (no offer, just let me know about range) and their pay for a creative project manager is $48k. That's a joke. But the company is amazing and I would love to be a part of their team because of the work that comes out of it. Any ideas on how I can negotiate? Or if I can negotiate at all??

Newly in-house. Apparently, it was bad to offer my opinion that slightly differed from the managers, even though I was invited by said manager to review their suggestion with an internal client. We collectively discussed how to make a document better. I responded to an email that said "hey you and internal client - could you both see my suggestions (which differed from the clients). Internal client didn't really agree, so I said "can we add managers edits but keep some of clients edits"

I have an intro call with a VP hiring for a brand director role. What might be the most common or hardest question a VP may ask for such a role? I’ve only held senior marketing roles and am about 10 years of experience. They sought me out (probably due to my last few years at agencies) or otherwise I wouldn’t have thought I’d qualify for such a title.

I have built social media and influencer programs for starts up for the last 8 years. I recently had a very unprofessional experience recently going through an interview process. I had 3 rounds of interviews already, did an amazing case, my last interview was scheduled with the CMO, the day before the interview I am told that the CMO wants someone who has big brand experience like Taco Bell or Nike. It blew my mind because this is a start-up too & that my qualifications don’t even matter.
