How is adjusting to excel on Mac?

Whole career has been in public, and recently got an offer in tech industry where everyone seems to use macs.

Best budgeting app? I’ve tried mint, personal cap, Banktivity - dont like any of them. Want something that lets me treat my transactions like a to do list that needs to be categorized.

Have any respiratory therapists found jobs OTHER than being a clinical RT? I want to possibly change careers, but I am finding that a lot of jobs (clinical liason, utilization review, etc) want you to have a nursing degree, not a respiratory degree. I feel like as an RT we are limited to jobs.

I think I am about to be fired due to accounting exam failure (failed one of the first year exams after resitting). Does anyone who has been in a similar situation know whether the reason for leaving is listed on future references? I am considering resigning if I can tell the conversation is going towards me being let go. I’m based in the UK if this makes any difference.
