Had an interview the week of the 11th. Was told that a decision would be made by the following week. By April 22nd. I don’t know how accurate this time line is. At the time of my interview, the firm still needed to reach out to my references. Haven’t heard anything yet. The position is still up on the website. How should I proceed? Should I wait two weeks from my interview or follow up some time today?

JOB: SEO Specialist
OFFER: 65k with good benefits
EXPERIENCE: 1 year SEO, 3 years data analyst
COUNTER-OFFER: 87k same benefits
REASON 1: programming skills which I use on the job (SQL, R, Google Apps Script). Aka I do more than SEO.
