How do you get past imposter syndrome? Someone more senior than me is encouraging me to apply to a role that I feel totally unqualified for. How are others handling moving office home when you are in your late 60s? I am re-Vising my practice from trial practice to probate and estate planning with some PI. No one wants to buy any of the textbooks or other trial books or medical books I have. What's your organization's stance on surveys? I've been in the HR department of my organization for a year and a half, we've never sent any type of engagement, satisfaction, NPS, etc. survey to employees. I've just been made aware that our Executive team and our CEO are not a fan of employee surveys so that's why we don't do them. Is this...normal? Or is it dysfunctional as an HR department to not be doing surveys?
Hi! I see a lot of posts about offers saying people are getting offers below their current YOE or titles, and some about how many roles you can apply for. How strictly should we live up to a role’s requirements? E.g. if a spot asks for 12 years experience and you’re not close to that, is that a waste of an application?
