I work for a mid-tier firm after working for big 4s, I joined here after being let go. Having worked for a year, I kind of have this constant thought in my mind that my next lay off is coming. Reasons I think I don’t meet the expectations- in a way my work quality is average. Given am on H1b and a family man, this constant thought of lay off is driving me so crazy that I fear might take me to depression. What should I do?

I work as an ML Engineer with YoE<1, I basically spend my day writing production level code (read MlOps) for data science products.

I am involved in the pure Data Science aspects as well e.g. coming up with the algorithms and pitching novelties and all.
I want to shift to pure Data Science. The reason they picked me cuz I was good in coding and I didn't have any better offers and the time of joining. I have a bachelor's in stats and masters in data science. Any suggestions?

I have a machine learning model. Currently data are generated real-time and every second.
One thing is Inferencing at every second which is possible once your model is trained.
My question is how can I use real time data as well and incorporate for future predictions.
Like taking 10sec current data and Inferencing for next 10 sec.
Will it involve model fine tuning on the current Data every 10sec. Won't it will increase the latency? Any suggestions please.
