Awfulll, unless you're hired as senior or mid, don't bother joining as a junior at all.
Some really good accounts if you can get on them, get the experience and leave after a year, max 2. Progression from junior to mid level is a marathon full of never ending hoops to jump through and even then you're paid much less than market value
Generally viewed as a stepping stone for lower levels if they couldn’t get a better offer. Cap would be an okay option for higher levels since they like to outbid more senior talent.
