Agile project delivery - Fact or Fiction?
The places I’ve worked at, as much as they say they delivery projects via agile, rarely achieve this (mostly waterfall with a small sprinkling of agile words thrown in for good measure).
Google / Facebook (Meta) / Amazon / Tesla / Apple / anyone else - please tell me that agile project delivery exists (and how have you made this possible in your company?)

Please help!! Having an offer from Cts for 12 lpa(11.5 F) in Kolkata. Another offer from Credit Suisse Pune 13.6 Lpa F. I want to understand whether I will get a project as per my tech stack in CTS. I am in favour of CTS as it's in Kolkata. My YOE - 3.6, Tech -Qlik, Sql. My main concern is proper technical exposure, I am slightly afraid that Credit Suisse might not put me into a technically challenging project Credit Suisse Cognizant
How do you get better at Project Management?
Can my Manager or Product owner find my CTC in Nagarro? He's responsible for generating billing also in my US client project. I have recently joined the company with higher CTC compared to existing employees. Will I be in trouble. Please help.

One client, same thing every single day. No chance for diversity of industry or clients.
To me going client side is about work-life balance. You accept that your day will be pretty much 9-5 and you have enough experience where it doesn’t matter.
If you are junior I wouldn’t recommend it. Agencies afford you many of the tools, clients and talent to learn.
It’s okay. Like SVP1 mentioned—kind of monotonous at times, but there are times/opportunities to break out from the standard on-brand work.
What about culture - anything you miss on the agency side?
