How do you get better at Project Management?

Does anyone have any side gigs or know of any gig types for project managers? Projects themselves need too much attention to manage on the side of our already busy days.

Just joined Infosys on Monday and got a call today for an opening in Unilever project. The person mentioned that I will be replacing another resources for now who is on medical leave and would be working on something that is a little below my skill level. Once that resource is back (after 2-3months) I would be transitioning to a better role with more options to look and learn.

I am having an offer from a company for an senior software support profile with 15 fixed+1. My future aspirations are Devops. I have also received a counter from TCS for 12 CTC. Should I join on senior support role and then switch for Devops after preparation or should I stay back in TCS for some time and switch after preparation? In TCS my designation is system engi.

Just got my score for the GMAT and it was way below what I got through the kaplan exams I did before taking the test.
I applied for the first round of admission that was closing on March 15th, will I be ok if I retake the test on March 27th or is it too late?

Any other hiring managers feeling like all of your candidates are asking for more money last minute just to see how far they can go? Like if we say the range is 110-130K, they say they’re looking for 135K, you offer 135K and then they say they won’t take the job for less than 150? Not even with competing offers. It’s hard for me to stay excited about wanting to work with someone when they do that. What a waste of everyone’s time.

Had a recent job offer from Amazon TC 146 K sign on bonus 42K RSU 508 for a L6 Sr. Program manager based out of Nashville. This is barely more than the amount I make now(actually base is lower than what I make). I’m planning to ask for about 18% more, is that a high number? My boyfriend is not the best at providing emotional support. I’m pretty sure a lot of it stems from him not being able to fully express his emotions when he was younger. I’m 26 and I work at an RIA doing reporting but I’ve always wanted to work in investment banking. I have way too much in student debt ($150k) to go back to graduate school to try and get an investment banking internship. I don’t have my CFA but I would like to get it. Is it too late for me to break into the industry without prior ibanking experience? Should I retire that dream? Or is grad school the only way to get in?
