How do other consulting firms handle time and scheduling? there should be a better way to do it... Deloitte’s way is such that every week you have to confirm your time planned for that week (where you have a project or pto..etc) and then every week you also have to update your time sheet before Saturday. If you don’t do either you will get dinged 🤔

Hi all! I have a concern/questions. For me, I’m an awful interviewer. I have awful social anxiety and anxiety in general so interviewing is very hard for me. I stutter & stumble over my words, I forget what I’m going to say or I end up talking too much to compensate. It’s always, not good. But I’m a very good worker if I’m given a chance. Have about $6k in SPY (0.09% expense ration). Does it make sense to sell and switch to VOO (0.03% expense)? Worth the near term capital agains tax for lower expense ratio over long term? Capital gains are about $900 and I’m planning on auto investing every month over the next few years.

Today during HR Interview i was informed that they can offer me only 15 including 5% vp... Which was very less as I already have informed them during the first screening round for 17-18 LPA.

Hr said my application will reject for 17 for sure so she will try for 16.5 otherwise they can give 16 LPA

I am ver unsure, I am going to complete 4 years soon..
