Does anyone at Deloitte know what's the base salary range for manager? I'm SC & up for promotion. Would like to see if I renew my lease or move to a cheaper place. Last year I got 3% inc. -what a joke

We got a staff a few weeks ago and he is really dumb with Excel and any other software (I’m sorry to say that but he really is). He’s fresh out of college less than half a year ago. I worked with several new staff before but I’ve never had someone like this. Am I being too harsh if I request to roll him off soon?
