I work with the FH Corp Comms team in NYC pretty often (based out of a Midwest FH office) - incredibly responsible and dialed-in team with an insanely varied client roster. Definitely a little off on work/life balance but they’re knocking out the Lions to prove it
Previously was at FHNY brand prior to current role at another large agency. Honestly, people have been dropping like flies over there. Loved the tight knit culture I had with my fellow junior staff, but life/work balance is almost non existent and their compensation has been 👎🏼 (raises are very minimal, and don’t expect any counteroffers) they don’t value their employees as much as you’d expect.
So, I don’t work closely with that team. They’re buttoned up for agency people, it super smart people and cool team.
Corpcom!
I’m in another office but often work with the team. The GM is a bit weird but slowly getting the office back on track after a few rough years. The Corp team is ok - they are hustlers in the global network and generally have a good rep. I think they are at the beginning of an upward trend so it may be a good time to join the team.
I love the NY GM. He’s great and really helpful if you ever need anything.
As for the Corp team, they are one of my favorite teams to work with. Great culture and all seem to like each other.
Full disclosure: I work for them. But they’re a great team. What’s the group you’re going into? Creative, Corpcom, BMAS?
Though super smart*
